Co-Branded Sites - Infocrossing’s web site has an associated link, Mailwatch, that is a co-branded site associated with our corporate web site. Mailwatch is an e-mail protection service that is one of our many service offerings. Any personal information collected on the Mailwatch site is not shared any third party providers. All of the polices and procedures described in our privacy policy are applicable to all of our co-branded sites.

Accuracy and Security - Infocrossing allows you, upon written request, to access and make changes to your personal information. Infocrossing employs a stringent security system that protects and guards against personal information being accessed by any unauthorized person or business. Infocrossing uses intrusion detection software to protect against unauthorized access to personal information. Infocrossing is constantly monitoring our servers so that we can identify any unauthorized attempts to access personal data. Infocrossing’s servers are also protected by PAP and CHAP, which is an added layer of protection in an effort to protect all personally identifiable information.

Updating, Correcting and Deleting Information - Infocrossing allows you to update, correct or delete any personally identifiable information collected, providing that you wish to do so. Simply send an e-mail to helpdesk@infocrossing.com, informing us of the type of action requested, and your message will be completed within 15 working days. Infocrossing also provides an opt-out option, in the event that you decide that you no longer want us to contact you. Simply send an e-mail to helpdesk@infocrossing.com, indicating that you no longer wish to be contacted by Infocrossing Inc., and your contact information will be removed the next business day.
